A team of four best-in-class companies, Walsh-VINCI Transit Community Partners (WVTCP) and Systra/EXP Joint Venture (SEJV), have strategically assembled an experienced team of design-build rail transit and transportation infrastructure industry leaders. As the design-build team for the Red Line Extension (RLE), WVTCP and SEJV successfully deliver the project through an organizational and management structure that derives its success from a philosophy of teamwork and partnership, both internally within the Team as well as with CTA, the City of Chicago and local stakeholders.
