Construction joint venture partners Walsh-VINCI have strategically assembled an experienced team of design-build transit-rail and transportation infrastructure experts known as Walsh-VINCI Transit Community Partners, or WVTCP. As the design-build team for the Red Line Extension, WVTCP will successfully deliver CTA’s RLE Mainline Project through an organization and management structure that derives its success from a philosophy of teamwork and partnership, both internally within the Team, as well as with CTA, City of Chicago, and local stakeholders.
