Walsh VINCI Transit Community partners will work with you to evaluate the specific barriers you face (capacity, prequalification, or other issues) to find the right solution for you.  

As a small business, finding skilled and deserving workforce can be a challenge. Walsh VINCI Transit Community Partners prioritizes trade workers reflective of the communities we build in. We’ve worked hard at developing connections within the neighborhoods we serve to help provide opportunities for under-served and underrepresented people. We will facilitate relationships between our contractors and these agencies to ensure equal opportunity for all aspects of the project.
